Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from jewlloy. If you wish to make a return or exchange, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. It's important to note that we will not accept any return or exchange requests after this period.

Return and Exchange Requirements

  1. Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to wrong shipments, damaged products, or any similar reasons caused by us, we will bear the return and exchange costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a courier service to pick up the return package. However, if the return or exchange is due to subjective reasons, such as personal preference or sizing issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  2. Product Condition: To process your return or exchange, the returned products must be in their original condition, including being unworn, unwashed, and with all the original tags attached. Additionally, the items should be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject return applications if these requirements are not met. To assist with your return request, we kindly ask you to provide clear photographs or videos of the product showing its condition.

  3. Gift Returns: If your original order included a gift item, please ensure that it is returned along with the purchased item. Failure to return the gift may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and it is approved, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method. However, please keep in mind that the processing time of the issuing card or payment provider may vary. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Non-Returnable Products
